Another happy tummy in the morning.. Pisang Epe

PISANG !!! Buah termudah yang bisa kita jumpai di semua tempat di Indonesia. Sebagai salah satu hasil bumi yang populer, banyak cara untuk mengolah pisang dan menjadikannya makanan “menyenangkan” di pagi hari.

Pisang Epe, salah satunya. Epe dalam bahasa makasar sendiri berarti jepit. Jadi pisang ini dibakar dan dijepit/ditekan agar gepeng. Mudah bukan?

Pisang epe umumnya disajikan dengan saus gula merah, tapi pagi ini saya menggunakan gula semut. Dengan tidak dijadikan saus, tetapi ditabur pada saat dipanggang membuat proses karamelisasinya sempurna! Rasa segar pisang kepok merah (umumnya mereka menggunakan pisang uli/raja) bercampur dengan manis yang sedang dari gula semut, PERFECT !!

Sebagai minuman pendamping, saya membuat kembali kopi susu. Rasanya pagi ini saya sudah cukup bergizi bukan?

Distraction Lassi

Why i call it Distraction ? Because  drink it around 10 and keep me away from having early lunch 😉

With quite heavy ingredients on it, your stomach not really feel full but also makes your digest system work well.

Mix on the blender :

1 pack non-fat yogurt ( 170 gr)

1 banana

4 pcs Strawberry

1 Tbs pure honey

200 ml cold water

ps: i use to keep this lassi on the fridge at my office before i drink it. 🙂

The day will start with a GOOD breaksfast

Breakfast will keep you think clearly and give more energy to go through the day

No matter what you have, still give you stamina..

working from 7.30 – 5 PM almost everyday makes me need this kind of food

rich in vitamin, with a bunch of good fiber and simple to make

well this is my favorite breakfast menu

Mixed Veggie Salad with Avocado

On the platter :

Lettuce , roughly torn it

carrot, peel and cut in small stick size

sweet corn , cooked (*or you can use canned corn)

1/2 Avocado , peel n cut into cube size

Mix n Pour it on the platter :

2 Tbs low fat mayo

1 tsp balsamic vingar

1 tsp apple cider

1 tsp honey

crushed black pepper and sea salt

3 Tbs extra virgin olive oil (or as much as your wish)
